The Junior Compensation Analyst will work closely with sales leadership and be reporting to the Director, Human Resources. Taking lead on the commission calculation process, while serving as a liaison to the sales team. The Junior Compensation Analyst should have the ability to work in a fast paced environment, handle multiple challenges simultaneously and have excellent communications skills in order to bring together and bridge multiple sales team’s needs. As the selected candidate you must be able to take initiative and make decisions independently.
