    Job Summary:


    The Junior Compensation Analyst will work closely with sales leadership and be reporting to the Director, Human Resources.  Taking lead on the commission calculation process, while serving as a liaison to the sales team. The Junior Compensation Analyst should have the ability to work in a fast paced environment, handle multiple challenges simultaneously and have excellent communications skills in order to bring together and bridge multiple sales team’s needs.     Essential Job Functions:


    • Oversight of all global sales incentive plans, including creation, editing, etc.
    • Oversight of the Xactly-Incentive platform by uploading sales results from Salesforce.com, creating audit metrics and improving the dashboard metrics for employees and management.
    • Ability to review and investigate order details in Salesforce.com.
    • Ability to run audits in Oracle on data feeds and understanding data inconsistencies.
    • Provide reporting analysis to management including commission trending, sales performance, spend analysis.
    • Conduct auditing and analysis of proper pay results across multiple sales compensation plans globally.


    Knowledge and Experience:


    • 3+ years’ experience with data analysis and/or coordinating of sales calculations college or work experience combination.
    • Extreme attention to detail is a must.
    • Experience with Xactly Incent, Salesforce.com and Oracle is preferred. 
    • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint with a willingness to learn new software.
    • Demonstrate initiative, responsibility and trustworthiness with confidential/sensitive information.
    • Highly organized, meets deadlines, able to multi-task, and performs well under pressure.
    • Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills required.
