    We are recruiting for a Production Control Clerk for our production facility in North Kansas City, Missouri. This position requires a detailed oriented individual who can work effectively within all layers of the organization with limited supervision. This position is the main contact to the employees on the production floor, research and development, sales and marketing and customer service. It is expected that the candidate will follow Fujifilm's Employee Code of Conduct Policy and adhere to Fujifilm's Safety Policies and Procedures.  Some of the duties include:

    • Answering daily MRP to enter new work orders
    • Transfer of raw materials to keep inventory at required levels
    • Closing work orders with special focus on precise quantities of materials used
    • Formula setup and modification
    • Costing formulas based on method of manufacture
    • Works with Sales and Marketing to determine ideal batch size based on customer demand
    • Works with inventory Management to minimize slow moving products
    • Provides work schedule to team leads with emphasis on key work orders
    • Works with customer service and team leads to facilitate special requests
    • Member of cross-functional teams
    • Responsible for coordinating waste pickup


    High School diploma or equivalent preferred with 1 to 2 years’ experience in the use of personal computers, basic spreadsheets and word processing software, also, a basic understanding of inventory control procedures.



    Knowledge of general office and administrative procedures which help to ensure accurate, timely and detailed results.

    Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
