Position Overview

As the Manager, Data & Analytics, you will understand that data is the key to the future success of the company, and this role is essential to ensuring we have reliable data insights to inform business decisions at every level.  This position will be responsible for developing a strategy to ensure our processes and systems are set up to create the data insights the business is looking for.  The key to success in this role is creating a data environment that produces reliable insights in every area of the business.

Job Description

Essential Job Functions:

  • Lead a team of data analysts to provide accurate, timely and useful data insights to all areas of the business.
  • Work with key stakeholders across the company to improve processes and software applications to capture the data in the easiest to use in the most useful way possible.
  • Oversee data governance initiatives to ensure high integrity in our data, improve the consistency of data across all applications, and reduce duplication of data as much as possible
  • Proactively tackle areas of the business where data analysis is incomplete, overly onerous to generate or non-existent
  • Serve as the expert and leader of our Tableau content creation, including reducing the duplication of dashboards, reports and analysis.
  • Develop dashboards that tell a clear story of what is happening within the business, and answering additional questions that the analysis creates
  • Create automated reporting to help our business leaders manage their work in a more efficient and data-driven manner
  • Learn all areas of the business in order to build data visualizations that answer questions and drive actions

Knowledge and Experience:

  • 5-7  years of experience in data management, governance or analysis
  • Prior experience with educating and training analysts and business users on data processes and standards
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience leading a team of people
  • BA in business, data management, information systems or any other relevant field of work
  • Experience working in a manufacturing company preferable

Skills/Abilities:

  • Advanced user of Tableau
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Very detail oriented, with solid analytical skills
  • Ability to lead projects and work cross-functionally
  • Proven ability to document data governance principles and standards

Salary and Benefits:

  • $100,000.00 - $135,000.00 depending on experience + variable bonus opportunity (Compensation will vary based on skills, experience and location; it is not typical to be hired at or above the top of the salary range).

    • Fujifilm matches 50 cents for every dollar you contribute, up to 6% of your salary
  • Paid Time Off:
    • You can accrue up to three (3) weeks of PTO in your first year of employment
    • PTO increases based on years of service
  • Employee Choice Holidays:
    • Four (4) additional paid days off, based on date of hire in the calendar year
  • Paid Holidays:
    • Eight (8) paid holidays per year
