    We are hiring for a Talent Acquisition Manager for our Santa Ana, CA location.  As the Talent Acquisition Manager you will be responsible for devising a recruitment strategy that maximizes value-add for internal customers, as well as actual execution of the sourcing or recruiting campaign.  Manage all third party recruitment relationships.  Work with Legal department to ensure all aspects of the recruiting process are in compliance with applicable federal, state and local law.

    Responsibilities:

    • Work with participating FFNA company internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruiting efforts.
    • Work closely with other HLUS TA partners to ensure consistency with TA practices.
    • Assist with both external and internal hiring efforts.
    • Develop recruitment strategy, including but not limited to job posting, recruiting market channel development, job board procurement, digital & non-digital employment marketing, and comprehensive recruitment campaign planning.
    • Manage and develop team of TA Recruiters.
    • Develop and manage relationships with third party recruiters and staffing agencies, including fee negotiation and performance benchmarking.
    • Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within each participating company. Pro-actively recruit and source to develop a talent “pool”. 
    • Manage the complete life-cycle recruitment process from requisition through onboarding utilizing iCIMS applicant tracking system.
    • Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR Managers with hiring and employment data.
    • Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs. Develop college recruiting programs, participate in employment events, such as career fairs.

    Required:

    • Undergraduate degree in Human Resources or related discipline
    • 6+ years of recruiting experience,
    • 2+ years of management experience,
    • High knowledge level in all complete life-cycle recruiting components, including search strategy, sourcing, engagement, qualification, assessment, candidate relationship management and onboarding.   
    • Working knowledge of iCIMS and Microsoft applications preferred
    • Background working in a shared service environment preferred
    • Experience in the life science/medical device space preferred
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills  
    • Exceptional customer focus and ability to build effective working relationships at all organizational levels
    • Ability to adapt to changing environment and support of multiple clients.
    • Strong management acumen
    • High degree of professionalism, discretion and integrity.
