    The Compensation & HRIS Coordinator will assist in the administration of all FNAC & HLUS compensation programs including salary short-term, and sales incentive plans. This position will also be responsible for supporting the corporate performance management process.  This is a great opportunity for an entry level candidate.




    External US


    • Assist in the administration of compensation related programs or activities including calculating sales incentive plan commission, researching and resolving participant inquiries, creating and distributing plan notifications, maintaining the commission system database, maintenance of the job description database, and aiding in participation of salary and compensation practice surveys.
    • Support the performance management process utilizing the Talent Management System (TMS).
    • Generate ad-hoc reports.
    • Assist in developing annual bonus and merit pay plan participant communications.
    • Keep informed of trends, developments, laws and regulations related to corporate compensation.
    • Perform related duties or special projects as assigned by manager.


    • Requires 0 - 3 years of related work experience in an office environment.
    • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
    • Excellent communication skills, time management skills and multi-tasking abilities while able to work in a fast paced environment.
    • Maintain high level of discretion in confidential matters.


    • Working knowledge of job matching, salary benchmarking, writing job descriptions or related experience.
    • Knowledge of SAP including Business Warehouse reporting, TMS systems, or similar applications a plus.
