The OT Engineer 1 provides support to the FDBU facility. This includes changes to the automation network, day-to-day manufacturing IT systems operation, troubleshooting events, and being part of Process Automation on-call support.

What You’ll Do

• Provides support for Software updates
• Deploys Virtual Machines
• Configures Automation CISCO Network Switches
• Performs user account management using Active Directory
• Installs and patches Operating Systems within Automation
• Manages automation system backups,such as Delta V, ABB
• Manages Printer servers
• Supports applications software installation
• Updates standard operating procedures, work instructions, and network drawings
• Executes work orders for supporting automated networked equipment
• Other related duties, as assigned

Knowledge and Skills

Basic Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of Automation, Instrumentation & Controls, or other relevant technical experience; or
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or other relevant field with no prior experience
