The Senior Director is a strategic and proactive role designed to enhance the effectiveness of the SVP of Global Expansions.
This role exists to ensure seamless communication, manage tasks and projects, foster organizational collaboration at platform level, and support the development of strategic initiatives. The Senior Director will synthesize complex information into compelling presentations, provide strategic insights, and oversee the execution of department strategies. The role will have 1-2 direct reports, up to 10 indirect reports and reports directly into the SVP Global Expansions, who is a member of the Executive Leadership Team.

Qualifications and Experience
Profound leadership experience at senior level (+10 years).
Proven experience in a chief of staff role, supporting senior executives or leadership teams (+15 years).
Excellent understanding of business, value chain, and pharmaceutical industry as well as strong stakeholder and collaboration skills in a multinational context.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
Strong presentation skills, capable of engaging and influencing diverse audiences.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strategic thinker with analytical capabilities to gather and synthesize information for decision-making.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Professionalism, tact, and discretion in handling confidential matters.
