Position Overview

Responsible for the service support of medical equipment in Latin America. Provide technical service training to the Latin American distributors as well as supporting distributor’s field service activity such as installation, maintenance and repairing for modality equipment. Develop and implement technical service training for service engineers in the Latin American distributors together with the Service Manager. Digest the latest product service information provided by Fujifilm Corporation (FF), Fujifilm Healthcare Corporation (FHC), Fujifilm Healthcare Americas (HCUS) or related OEM suppliers and transfer the knowledge to internal relevant employees and distributors. Manage KPIs relevant to the distributor's service activities and provide necessary analysis, guidance and support for improvement. Support the local activity of the Latin American distributors such as service information materials, demonstration, and service training. Support technical inquiries from distributors. Oversee the Warranty Request process from the Distributors. Built service business model, and make it known to all distributors and execute the service business. Escalate the critical / MDR issues to manufacturer directly and provide the solution to distributor for important matters. Must be able to perform major repair functions. In addition, must be able to perform minor and major repairs on specialty scopes such as bronchoscopes, duodenoscopes, double balloon scopes and ultrasound scopes.

Requirements

 

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related engineering field and 7 years of experience in position offered or related position.

 

Must have experience in: Medical repair or endoscopy field including experience in soldering ultrasound connectors; Implementing mechanical adjustments on various types of specialty scopes; Utilizing laser machines for ultrasound repair; Troubleshooting endoscope-specific electronic equipment; and knowledge of BRO scope, Duo Scope, Zoom Scope, D/B Scope.

Must be fluent in Spanish.
