The Role

 

The Facilities Administrator will provide administrative support to the Pueblo facility, under the direction of the Maintenance Manager, and in collaboration with Plant Management. This individual will manage maintenance-related documentation, including filing systems, inspection reports, procurement activities (obtaining quotes and requisitions), and routine reporting tasks.

 

The Facilities Administrator will serve as one of the SAP administrators for the PM (plant maintenance) module, including creation of technical objects, key & critical spares inventories, and master data configuration as needed.  This role will also function as an inventory control resource for the maintenance spare parts inventory.

Job Description

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Serve as primary data entry resource and document control administrator for:
    • Manage SAP interface for all changes related to tools / parts.
    • Support SAP optimization efforts through master data configuration.
    • Facility calibration documentation.
    • Maintenance / Engineering library (hard & soft copies.)
    • Preventive maintenance documentation & PM task lists.
    • Monthly maintenance KPI tracking and reporting.
    • Monthly project and maintenance spending and accruals reporting and tracking
  • Generate purchase requisitions for all applicable Pueblo materials and services including but not limited to maintenance items, housekeeping supplies and all other approved plant needs.
  • Manage cycle counts and SAP spare parts inventory adjustments under the Maintenance Managers direction.
  • Interface with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to obtain updated quotes and information needed for purchasing decisions.
  • Perform other duties, as required.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 9+ years’ experience in a maintenance support role required.
  • Working knowledge of, and experience with, SAP maintenance/ordering module is required.
  • Strong computer skills (MS-Excel, Word, Google Mail, Drive, etc.) required.
  • Detail oriented individual, able to manage multiple tasks with input from various individuals in Pueblo.
  • Document control systems, in scope, are auditable items, so a strong quality orientation is also needed.
  • This is a safety-sensitive position that requires candidates to successfully pass a post-offer drug screening prior to employment. One of the essential job functions is the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.

PAY RANGE: The pay range for this role is estimated at $25/hr. - $28/hr. with actual wage based on candidate’s qualifications and experience.
