The Role
The Quality Control Lab Manager will manage and direct the day-to-day operation of the QC laboratory. This individual will be responsible for providing leadership to the laboratory resources , including, but not limited to data produced by the chemists and technicians, enforce PPE rules, ensure SOP's are followed for analysis and data manipulation, evaluate the skills of supervisors, chemists and technicians in the lab, and give inputs for the performance review process.

This position is remote and based on the West Coast.
GENERAL PURPOSE
The primary purpose of this position is to manufacture RxD dispersions at the COUS site.
The Production Operator must be responsible to perform all manufacturing activities
within all EHS, quality, and corporate guidelines on a right-first-time basis. The operator
is independently responsible for manufacturing activities and priorities, following all
appropriate training programs, complying with all documentation within the department
(i.e. SOP’s, process logs), and effectively communicating with other operators as well as
supervision and other departments. In addition, the Production Operator will perform
routine manufacturing cleanouts and equipment changeovers, monitor in process and
post batch data, and operate the process control systems to effectively run the plant. A
strong understanding of the process chemistry and equipment, including potential
problem analysis, is critical to ensuring high quality dispersion is produced in a safe and
cost effective manner.
The Production Operator accomplishes these goals while striving to maintain an
atmosphere of involvement, continuous improvement, EHS, and right-first-time
manufacture within the operations team. This position reports to the Work Station
Manager for RxD.
The Production Operators will work rotating shifts to support 24/7 manufacturing. In
addition to the listed responsibilities, the position may be required to perform other duties
upon request from management.

Fujifilm QuickSnap Manufacturing produces QuickSnap one-time flash cameras as well as waterproof one-time use cameras. The Associate Clinical Specialist independently provides customer support of Fujifilm’s ES equipment in the Endoscopy department and/or specified departments. This role manages all relevant equipment and uses its own judgement and decision-making skills to provide troubleshooting and training for the proper handling of our equipment. This position provides on-site, hands-on client support for Fujifilm Endoscopy’s entire product catalog for assigned customers. It serves as the primary clinical resource for the Company and its sales team regionally and handles all related inquiries and issues. The ACS partners with and provides
training to all members of the customer’s staff, including physicians, reprocessing department, technicians, and nurses to independently manage and maintain customers’ Fujifilm equipment.
