Position Summary:  The Vice President & General Manager (VP & GM) of Fujifilm Inkjet Integration Systems (FIIS) will have full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility for Fujifilm Dimatix’s (FDMX) Systems Integration business unit. This leadership position oversees strategic business planning, operational management, technology development, engineering, supply chain, program management, field support, and organizational growth.

The VP & GM will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies that drive growth, innovation, and continuous improvement, with a focus on customer satisfaction, quality, and operational excellence. This role also collaborates with satellite teams in Europe and Japan to ensure alignment with global business objectives in a cross-functional, matrixed organization.

The successful candidate will act as a strategic leader and operational expert, establishing metrics, policies, and performance goals to achieve the organization's revenue and cost objectives. Summary:  The Manufacturing Supervisor – Drug Product Operations will work directly with the processes associated with the Vanrx SA25 Automated Filling machine.   This includes but is not limited to formulation, aseptic filling, vial inspection and vial labeling following cGMP procedures.  This individual will also supervise a team of employees directly or indirectly in the production of Drug Product at FUJIFILM Diosynth.

The QA Sr. Engineer, Supply Chain and Warehouse, provides supplier oversight to ensure that suppliers of services or materials to Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies are of the highest quality while conforming to pre-established requirements including cGMPs. This role primarily focuses on supplier quality, working with suppliers to maintain supplier approvals. The QA Sr. Engineer, Supply Chain and Warehouse plays a key role in establishing the Supplier Quality System, including, but not limited to, SOP and Specification development, Quality Agreements, Risk Assessments, Supplier Auditing and Supplier Change Notifications.

The Warehouse Assistant will be responsible for all Warehouse daily activities related to Receiving, Put away, Returns, Picking, Shipping, Housekeeping and all SAP transactions to close and directly reporting to the Warehouse Manager. The Warehouse Assistant will report all issues related to the daily activities to the Warehouse Floor Supervisor.

Summary:  The Maintenance Technician I, under the supervision of the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, or designated supervisor will be responsible for performing various aspects of utilities, facilities and process equipment maintenance and support for the FDBT site buildings.

Primary responsibilities include various aspects of maintenance and support for facilities, utility equipment and biotech processing equipment. This position will be required to use technical manuals, on-line resources and OEM representatives to maintain the equipment operational with a minimum of downtime. Strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), cGMPs and Quality Standards in a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing facility are mandatory

The Warehouse Associate 2 position is responsible for storage, handling, and distribution of materials and products. This role supports Warehouse operations in receiving, shipping, and/or logistics throughout FDBN and works with multiple functions to support operations (e.g., Manufacturing, Quality, Process Sciences), The Warehouse Associate 2 uses Systems Applications and Products (SAP) ERP system for inventory management, cycle counting, and shipping activities while operating in a good manufacturing practice (GMP) facility with standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Standard work hours for this position are 10AM-6:30PM ET. You may also be subject to shift work in the future.

The Manager, CSV will be responsible for management, scheduling, and oversight of all GxP-Regulated Computerized Systems at all applicable points of the computerized system lifecycle, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, Computer Systems Validation (CSV) and Lifecycle procedures with Data Integrity requirements at each of our 4 Manufacturing Buildings (NCTM, TBF-100, FBF-200, FBF-300). The Validation Manager will be responsible for updating the corresponding manufacturing building’s Systems Master List, Requalification Schedule, and management of Validation Engineers/Specialists for day-to-day validation activities. They will provide oversight of validation activities, lead the development and approval of validation documentation, risk assessments, work with project teams to determine which elements should be validated, and conduct impact assessments of proposed changes to computerized systems.

The Associate Manager of Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) ensures the efficiency and operational reliability of the site instruments through an effective calibration process. This role sets the direction and manages the development of the I&C team as the site transitions from construction to operations. Additionally, this role assists with establishing efficient programs designed fit for future operations by utilizing current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) / Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) knowledge, work scheduling, instrument calibration, repair, and troubleshooting. This role also provides day-to-day oversight and development of the I&C team.

The Clinical Specialist (ARDMS Certification Required) - Houston position is responsible for understanding and addressing the clinical needs of customers within an assigned territory.  The Clinical Specialists partner with Territory Managers to demo FUJIFILM Sonosite products, close deals, and ensure ongoing positive customer experience.  After the sale, this role owns client relationships and works to encourage customer adoption and use of FUJIFILM Sonosite products.
