The Clinical Consultant, MI – I shall be responsible for providing clinical consulting for the project, report configuration (CV), workflow analysis, end-to-end testing, remote or onsite training as well as go-live support to Synapse PACS/MI projects. The Technical Support Engineer, MI – II (Tier II) handles remote technical support across our product lines for HCUS customers. The expectation of the position is to be versed in primary support across our Synapse products, and the ability to support more complex issues. This engineer must be comfortable with making decisions while working on these more complex issues. This role requires a firm grasp of time management and organizational skills.
To meet the needs of our customers, working outside normal business hours and on some weekends/holidays is required. In addition to working OT to handle workload and meet required metrics/expectations.
The Clinical Specialist (RDCS Certification Preferred) - Atlanta, GA position is responsible for understanding and addressing the clinical needs of customers within an assigned territory. The Director, Security and Privacy leads HCUS’s enterprise security & privacy programs. This role advises executive leadership on the security posture of the organization, including HCUS products, Cloud Services, HCUS business systems, and customer-facing technologies that process or store PHI.
The Director requires a strong understanding of organizational, product, cloud, and customer security, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business leaders, regulators, auditors, legal counsel, and customers’ C-suite executives.
