The Role

The Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for executing and improving key QMS processes on-site at our Pueblo, CO facility to drive improvements in FEUS processes and product quality, at a pace consistent with the needs of our strategic customers. This individual will work closely with the Manufacturing Process Engineers, Quality Control personnel, and Supplier Quality Engineer to identify and correct the root causes of unacceptable raw material, process, and/or product shifts.

The Scientist II independently designs, executes and interprets complex laboratory experiments and development activities with priorities set by supervisor to achieve project goals. The individual demonstrates a practical understanding analytical and/or virology and applies knowledge in support of product development and new technologies. The individual should display strong technical knowledge and scientific understanding of the development of analytical and/or virological assay, and DOE studies. The individual may lead a project and assist in multiple projects. The individual is expected to provide strong scientific and technical contributions within the Process Development Group and will work closely with other Departments to develop strong working relationships

Responsible for meeting FUJIFILM Information Technology strategic goals by developing and implementing effective SAP security strategies and protocols to protect the data assets of the various shared service companies, while providing a safe and sustainable user-friendly operating environment.

The position also leads the Master Data Administration and the Computer Systems Validation (CSV) teams.

The successful applicant will manage various SAP systems within the company’s IT shared service landscape, utilizing industry standard best practices and a deep understanding of the SAP security architecture. The insightful, hands-on management of the mater data team will ensure that the applications and business processes used by the team are continuously monitored and improved to ensure that they continue to meet the needs of the business. CSV leadership requires an active engagement in the validation process with a strong understanding of the concepts, processes and deliverables needed to support a full validation cycle.

For SAP Security, this position will interact directly with the Director of Project Management and all levels within the organization, including Senior Managers, Group and Team Leaders, Application developers, IT support staff, contractors, and external vendors. Similar interactions are required for the master data team, but the focus here is on supporting users in the performance of their business functions. The CSV leadership position primarily interacts with Project Teams, Operations Managers, Validation, Quality and Regulatory resources from Fuji Group companies.

This is a remote position and must be able to work East Coast time.

Director of Program Design Advanced Therapies will support the Sales and Program Design teams and partner with site technical and operations teams in acquiring new business for Fujifilm Biotechnologies Lifesciences. Internally and in collaboration with customers, the program design team provides technical guidance for customer program opportunities and are responsible for directing the proposal and program scoping processes.

The job holder will be focused on Fujifilm Biotechnologies’ Advanced Therapies business segment (i.e. cell and gene therapy) and will be US-based (remote or in proximity to FUJIFILM Biotechnologies sites).  Regular out of hours calls may be required and periodic travel to FUJIFILM sites (College Station, TX; Darlington, UK), industry conferences, and customer sites will be required. This a remote position based in Texas, USA. The candidate should be able to ideally travel regularly to our College Station, Texas facility.

A key aspect of this position is training and mentoring other Global Desktop Engineers, sharing knowledge, and developing their skills to enable effective troubleshooting and support. This includes leading the creation and maintenance of the organization’s knowledge base, as well as developing end-user support and training documentation. 
 
Furthermore, the candidate will participate in project execution and quality assurance, administer support processes and procedures, and manage client build, software deployment, and patch management. The Sr. IT Engineer 1, CSV is the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and leads tasks associated with Computer System Validation (CSV). This role provides input and determine action items on all GxP Manufacturing and IT Computerized Systems as well as prepares validation documentation, maintains a validated state, with a focus on consistent policy administration. Additionally, this role works closely with other workstreams at FDBN and IT departments at other locations to align strategies and procedures. This role facilitates improvement initiatives, supports regulatory agency, and third-party inspections, as needed.

The Account Executive, Endoscopy is responsible for the generation of sales revenue for the organization through personal interaction with prospective customers within a given territory. This position is expected to promote the use of core products within prospective customer accounts, maintain current customer accounts to ensure a solid reference base and educate the general market on the benefits of the product. This position must establish a solid network of reference with “partner” representatives who supply the same customers with non-competitive products and maintain a thorough understanding of competitive products and competitive positioning to ensure success and become a true “Endoscopic Consultant” for the customer. Has overall responsibility in achieving a 10% annual increase of market share.

The Manager of CQV enables efficient tech transfer and new product introductions at the Holly Springs facility. This role is crucial for Upstream and Downstream process equipment (thaw to bulk fill) as it enables the right first time and on-time commercial production. This role provides technical expertise to the immediate team and other stakeholders, as needed. Additionally, this role leads a team of Engineers and provides coaching and direction.

This position reports into the Marketing organization and manages the Interventional GI & Accessories team. The product portfolio includes innovative endoscopes for ERCP, EUS and Double Balloon Enteroscopy as well as accessories for endoscopic procedures. This role works cross-functionally both within the organization and with external stakeholders (e.g., KOLs) to execute company initiatives and manage all aspects of product commercialization, including both upstream and downstream marketing. The Senior Product Manager, Interventional GI & Accessories contributes to the evolution of the organization as new protocols and business methods gain adoption and the priorities of the division continue to change.

The Associate Director, QC Analytical is responsible for management of the QC Analytical technology centers of excellence, including hiring plans, budget development, strategic planning, and driving results. This role plans, schedules, and oversees laboratory activities related to meeting compliance, schedule adherence, profit plans, and strategy objectives of the company and the department. The Associate Director, QC Analytical identifies operational needs for special projects (new product sub-team, capital projects, etc.) - ensuring site/divisional linkage is achieved. This role identifies and addresses short term, intermediate, and long-term issues in a satisfactory manner, and appropriately resolves conflict and prioritizes work as necessary. The Associate Director, QC Analytical may have managers, supervisors, individual contributors, and hourly support staff reporting to them.

The Marketing Specialist, Events & Data Analytics in the FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation Endoscopy division is responsible for the proactive logistical coordination of regional event sponsorships, educational courses, and grant requests received by Fujifilm from industry societies, Academic Medical Centers, and other health-related organizations in the West and South Central US regions, supporting an exciting portfolio of innovative and market-leading products across endoscopy.

This role is also responsible for utilizing internal and third-party platforms to proactively and adeptly source, aggregate, and analyze relevant data, and generate reports on a variety of programs such as sales enablement and marketing campaign activities captured through Salesforce, Pardot, Showpad, Google Analytics, Wistia, and other platforms. Reports will focus on, but are not limited to, demonstrating effectiveness and performance through measurement of such data as integrated marketing campaigns; sales enablement metrics; request volume, and the like.

This role works collaboratively with their manager, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Marketing & Communications team members, business stakeholders, and vendors to effectively conduct their work as well as find and recommend ways to enhance automation or otherwise improve how we report on various activities. The role reports to the Director, Marketing & Communication in the Endoscopy division.
