The EHS Regulatory & Product Compliance Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the safety, compliance, and market access of FUJIFILM Irvine Scientific (dba FUJIFILM Biosciences) cell culture media, reagents, and life science products. This position is responsible for managing product compliance activities, with specific focus on hazard communication and chemical regulatory compliance. The specialist will assist in converting formulations to data used in the authoring of Safety Data Sheets (SDSs), generate product labels, and support product stewardship initiatives including carbon footprint calculations and EU/Korea REACH compliance. Working closely with the EHS Manager, this role will proactively monitor existing and emerging regulations to assess business impact and maintain a high level of product quality and customer satisfaction.
This position is intended to process all outgoing shipments, incoming purchase orders, incoming goods, schedule and process parts for repair, maintain the order and the neatness of the warehouse, assist in the physical counts of inventory, respond to off-hours emergency parts requests, and perform all other duties as assigned.
