The Principal Quality Officer, (FUJIFILM Life Sciences) FFLS Corporate Quality Office is proactive senior level position designed to provide proactive compliance oversight through advisory audits, data-driven insights, and collaborative support at FUJIFILM Life Sciences platform level.

Summary:  The Quality Control Project Coordinator III will construct, maintain, and oversee the Quality Control Testing Schedule to include release testing, stability testing, and method qualification activities. 

The Quality Control Coordinator III, under general direction, will be responsible for implementing a Quality Control Master Schedule to guide QC activities supporting batch release and stability testing.  The position will also require frequent communication with the Analytical Development and Assay Method Transfer groups to coordinate and schedule method qualification activities.  The Coordinator will assist the QC Analyst’s and QC Management to navigate GMP documents through the EQMS system.  Close attention to detail is required to update the Master Schedule on a daily basis to ensure QC deadlines and milestones are met.  Other responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Compiling data for Batch Disposition.  Attending planning meetings as needed.  Communicating gaps and schedule changes to QC Area Managers.  

GENERAL PURPOSE

The Maintenance Coordinator will support planning and coordination of a robust Maintenance program throughout the FUJIFILM New Castle site, ensuring reliable operation of manufacturing plants, labs, warehouses, and general facilities. Responsibilities include scheduling day-to-day Maintenance tasks, coordinating and managing third-party contractors, issuing work permits, supporting small and mid scale Maintenance projects, maintaining spares inventory, and procurement support. This position will report to the Maintenance and Facilities Manager.

Incumbent is required to work safely and adhere to the site EHS guidelines while performing tasks and through the management of third-party contractors and work permits.

The Lead National Support Specialist [NS3], provides an additional level of expertise and experience to the customer service national support specialists team. The Lead NS3 will assist in driving all aspects of customer support related issues, and problems, requiring escalation or high priority of each product including, but not limited to: storage, PACS, VNA, Mobility, 3D Systems, Syncomm and Clinical Information Systems for Radiology to ensure an optimal customer experience and timely resolution to high priority issues.

The Raw Material Sampler 3 position is responsible for sampling of materials and products at the Holly Springs FDBN large scale manufacturing facility, which produces Drug Substance (DS), Drug Product (DP), and Finished Goods (FG) products. This role works with multiple functions to support
operations: Warehouse, Supply Chain, Quality Control (QC), and other customers, as needed. The Raw Material Sampler 3 uses Systems and Applications Production (SAP) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for inventory management and Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) for sample management while operating in a good manufacturing practice (GMP) facility with standard operating procedures (SOPs).

This position is intended to oversee all technical aspects of Synapse product implementation, from solution validation phases through product go-live. The Project Engineer (PE) must have well rounded knowledge in all areas of medical informatics - IT infrastructure design and deployment, medical imaging industry expertise, and clinical environment workflow. In addition to technical expertise, PE's are also critical in HCUS's overall goals of delivering industry leading customer satisfaction, requiring excellent communication and verbal skills within project teams and externally with customers.

POSITION SUMMARY:  This position is open in our Lebanon, NH facility as an Equipment Maintenance Technician I,  II or III (level depends on experience) for our 2nd Shift is responsible for the maintenance of manufacturing equipment for production lines. Also responsible for troubleshooting and repairing downed equipment and may assist engineering staff in establishing and implementing periodic equipment maintenance. Technician may participate in safety forums, Emergency Response Teams and station improvement teams.

The Utility Operator 3 will operate, maintain, and repair black and clean utility systems. This role will also be responsible for monitoring mechanical and/or electrical equipment, power distribution, chilled water, gas, domestic and de-ionized water, WFI, clean steam, boilers, compressed air, fire alarm, security, remote building equipment monitoring, sanitary, acid waste, and storm drain systems. Also responsible for daily monitoring of tank farm, supporting lab admin building, building management system (BMS) and critical alarm response. This role will serve as primary contact and communicator to all alarms received in the control room.

The QA Specialist, Operations (Nights) is responsible for partnering in the Quality oversight of Drug Substance Manufacturing processes for 12-hour overnight shift. This role collaborates within the DSM Quality team as well as with other cross-functional teams. Ensures that applicable DSM systems and processes are operated/maintained as intended, with a focus on consistent policy administration, QA oversight of activities occurring during the shift and resolution or mitigation of issues occurring during operation.

The QA Specialist, QC Compliance is responsible for partnering in the Quality oversight of the Quality Control area. The QA Specialist helps drive Quality oversight for the direction of all QC laboratory processes, from project phase through operational readiness, and provides oversight of validation program execution for these processes. This role collaborates with other project teams and QA departments at other sites to align strategies and procedures. In operations, the role ensures that all QC laboratory systems and processes are operated and maintained in a validated state throughout their lifecycle, with a focus on consistent policy administration, as well as QA oversight of day-to-day activities and resolution or mitigation of issues. The Fujifilm Cloud Services Lead Tech Engineer is responsible for being the technical lead on all projects and support within the Fujifilm Cloud Services environments. This would include leading teams and projects, as well as providing technical guidance to other team members and customers. This role is also responsible for building, maintaining, and supporting the highly- available infrastructure systems in order to deliver Synapse Cloud Services Hosting, Disaster Recovery and Archiving services. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in supporting and managing Windows Server infrastructure within AWS cloud environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
