Position Description
We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner. The Senior HR Business Partner will support Human Resources initiatives, both tactical and strategic, that address the business needs of FUJIFILM Biosciences. This role is responsible for creating trusted relationships at all levels of the organization and play a key role in driving several HR programs and processes. Areas of primary focus include performance management, employee development and coaching, employee engagement, employee communications and talent management including onboarding and mentoring. The Senior HR Business Partner must also possess knowledge and expertise in the areas of compensation, job analysis, HRIS systems and policy guidance.
The Senior Projects Support Engineer provides highly visible remote technical, applications and system admin support for HCUS customers. Primarily supports TAC and MI Service with the management, execution, and administration of operational, billable, and more in-depth projects and support. Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors which may include customer impact, HCUS business priorities, and regulatory requirements. Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, and general instructions on new assignments. Offers mentorship to new incumbents on technical and product knowledge and department operating procedures. To meet customers’ needs, working outside of normal business hours and holidays is required.
Reporting to the President of FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation and serving as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary will provide strategic guidance and counsel for FUJIFILM Americas Headquarters and its subsidiaries and affiliates in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the region.

This position will report to a software development manager. The main responsibilities would be software development of independent features, as well as participation on development of bigger features developed by multiple developers.

This role manages all relevant equipment and uses its own judgement and decision-making skills to provide troubleshooting and training for the proper handling of our equipment. This position provides on-site, hands-on client support for Fujifilm Endoscopy’s entire product catalog for assigned customers. It serves as the primary clinical resource for the Company and its sales team regionally and handles all related inquiries and issues. The ACS partners with and provides training to all members of the customer’s staff, including physicians, reprocessing department, technicians, and nurses to independently manage and maintain customers’ Fujifilm equipment. Furthermore, it provides service to additional customers within the zone as required. This position reports directly to the Zone Sales Director or Regional Manager.

The Clinical Specialist (RDCS Certification Preferred) - Iowa position is responsible for understanding and addressing the clinical needs of customers within an assigned territory. The Clinical Specialists partner with Territory Managers to demo FUJIFILM Sonosite products, close deals, and ensure ongoing positive customer experience. After the sale, this role owns client relationships and works to encourage customer adoption and use of FUJIFILM Sonosite products.
Note: This position is open to candidates who currently reside in the Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, and Western Missouri (Kansas City) areas as this would be a central location relative to the territory's business.
