Under general supervision of the Accounts Receivable Supervisor, the Vendor Master Specialist will administer the processing of vendor master requests within SAP. Work with vendors and internal customers to ensure vendor master records are accurate and properly created and updated. Teamwork and customer service are part of the department expectations, this includes responding in a timely manner to vendors, internal customers, and departmental inquiries while meeting Service Level Agreement (SLA) metrics. The Role
The Account Manager will plan and implement sales/account strategy to grow territory and achieve sales targets for multiple FUJIFILM Electronic Materials (FFEM) customers. Take direction from (GAM) Global Account Managers interface with local and international business teams, engineers, and other customer service to sell and service FFEM products.
The Production Scheduler, Drug Substance Manufacturing (DSM) is responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing daily and long-term production schedules across DSM operations. This role ensures timely production and efficient use of resources while adhering to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). Acting as a central coordination point, the scheduler partners with other departments (e.g., Manufacturing, Planning, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, Dispensary) to align material availability, equipment capacity, and staffing needs with the production plan.
The QA Specialist, Operations is responsible for partnering in the Quality oversight of Drug Substance Manufacturing processes. This role provides oversight of validation program execution for these processes and systems to ensure applicable DSM systems and processes are operated/maintained in a validated state throughout their lifecycle, with a focus on consistent policy administration. The QA Specialist, Operations ensures QA oversight of day-to-day activities and resolution or mitigation of issues occurring during operation.
This position reports to the Maintenance manager. Responsible for performing entry level to complex troubleshooting and repair techniques on manufacturing equipment; electrical/electronic and mechanical systems. Responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing complex equipment. Assist in modifications to existing machinery and equipment to facilitate new production techniques and/or improved equipment reliability.

This position is responsible for managing product compliance activities, with specific focus on hazard communication and chemical regulatory compliance. The specialist will assist in converting formulations to data used in the authoring of Safety Data Sheets (SDSs), generate product labels, and support product stewardship initiatives including carbon footprint calculations and EU/Korea REACH compliance. Working closely with the EHS Manager, this role will proactively monitor existing and emerging regulations to assess business impact and maintain a high level of product quality and customer satisfaction.

suppliers in order to assure timely delivery of parts to support production needs. In addition, the Senior Buyer is the communication and logistical link between Value Streams, Management, Master Scheduling and
Warehouse. Senior Buyer is also accountable for managing supplier accounts with significant spend. In
addition, Senior Buyer is expected to compile, interpret and analyze complex data in supporting commodity management team with supplier contracts.
