The Senior Engineer 2, CQV serves as a subject matter expert and leads the commissioning and qualification of equipment and systems for multiple areas of the site. This role performs and leads the CQV team through the validation lifecycle, investigation of deviations and root cause analyses, and establishes standard operating procedures and other documents. This role partners with internal and external stakeholders to ensure strategies, equipment, and systems incorporate global standards and align and comply with regulatory requirements and quality standards. Additionally, this role provides training and guidance to junior engineers to ensure successful integration of CQV activities into site projects.
The CQV Engineer 3 supports the commissioning and qualification of equipment and systems for the site. This role performs validation activities to include but not limited to equipment set up, building dashboards, creating work orders, managing protocols, and reading and reviewing documents. This role ensures equipment and systems comply with regulatory requirements and quality standards while ensuring a successful integration of CQV activities into site projects.
The Sr CQV Engineer 1 leads the commissioning and qualification of equipment and systems of assigned area for the site. This role performs and leads the CQV team through the validation lifecycle, investigation of deviations and root cause analyses, and establishes standard operating procedures and other documents. This role collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure strategies, equipment, and systems incorporate global standards and
align and comply with regulatory requirements and quality standards. Additionally, this role provides training and guidance to junior engineers to ensure successful integration of CQV activities into site projects.
The successful Scientist II monitors ongoing experiments, identifies or resolves complex technical project issues, and provides technical leadership within the group. The individual takes a more active role in non-routine process development activities and may act as a technical lead for the analytical component of client programs.
GENERAL PURPOSE
The Ink/Dye Production Technology Chemist is responsible for carrying out the assignments required by the Production Technology group to meet the needs of Manufacturing, Quality, and Commercial teams, as well other Fujifilm divisions as needed. It requires technical support & development, as well as data management and communication as it relates to the overall Production Support activities at the New Castle Site. Assessment and improvement of technical and operational performance of aqueous inks, purified dyes, and conductive inks will be an important role of the position.
