The Associate Project Engineer (Assoc. PE) is an entry level position that provides remote assistance to the Project Engineering team and customers. The HL7 Integration Engineer (IE) for Canadian region oversees all technical aspects of Synapse product HL7 integration, from install, configure and validation phases through product go-live, for all Synapse MI products. In addition to technical expertise, HCUS relies on HL7 IE to deliver industry leading customer satisfaction, requiring excellent communication and verbal skills within project teams and externally with customers.

The Clinical Specialist (RDCS Certification Preferred) - Denver, CO position is responsible for understanding and addressing the clinical needs of customers within an assigned territory. The Clinical Specialists partner with Territory Managers to demo FUJIFILM Sonosite products, close deals, and ensure ongoing positive customer experience. After the sale, this role owns client relationships and works to encourage customer adoption and use of FUJIFILM Sonosite products.
Note: This position is open to candidates who currently reside in the Denver, CO area as this would be a central location relative to the territory's business.
The Associate Clinical Specialist independently provides customer support of Fujifilm’s ES equipment in the Endoscopy department and/or specified departments. This role manages all relevant equipment and uses its own judgement and decision-making skills to provide troubleshooting and training for the proper handling of our equipment. This position provides on-site, hands-on client support for Fujifilm Endoscopy’s entire product catalog for assigned customers. It serves as the primary clinical resource for the Company and its sales team regionally and handles all related inquiries and issues. The ACS partners with and provides training to all members of the customer’s staff, including physicians, reprocessing department, technicians, and nurses to independently manage and maintain customers’ Fujifilm equipment. Furthermore, it provides service to additional customers within the zone as required. This position reports directly to the Zone Sales Director or Regional Manager.
The purpose of this role is to achieve sales goals while creating an ongoing, mutually profitable relationship with Channel partners that significantly contributes to the achievement of the business goals of Fujifilm Business Innovation, the Channel partners and the partner’s customer base.

The role of the Customer Service & Marketing Associate based in China is to coordinate and support Fujifilm Dimatix Sales and Marketing activities. The sales administration functions will involve support of China and some Asia based OEM accounts with pricing, orders, shipments, payments, forecasts, etc and liaison with the Dimatix Customer Service department. The marketing functions will include supporting trade shows, advertising, promotions, etc. for China market. Position will work remote and in Shanghai office. Travel is required to support customer meetings and tradeshow/conferences.

The Regional Sales Associate is responsible for providing regional support to assigned Regional Sales manager. The Field Service Technician – Toner Production Equipment will be considered a specialist for a product line that the BID service team supports. This level technician will demonstrate a full working knowledge of a product line including theory of operation as well as the mechanics.
