 As a Manufacturing Technician, Water Fab - Back End Days you will perform functions associated with wafer production, including photolithography, thin film, etch, diffusion, inspection, bonding and saw and grind - all in support of the printing industry. This position has a compressed work week; Back End Days - Every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday.  5:30 am- 6:00 pm.

The Quality Technician performs functions associated with quality control and quality assurance operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks and carrying out rework and quality assurance procedures related to production or operations. Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate data to assist in assessing and documenting results of quality assurance and control processes. Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures for quality assurance and control. Works with engineers in conducting experiments, and to ensure the documented manufacturing procedures are implemented, maintained and well monitored. To achieve that goal, it may need to involve in some failure analysis, quality improvement projects and statistical data analysis work.

The Mechanical Engineer I contributes to a team implementing advanced manufacturing techniques to build industry leading printheads and optimizing printhead design for improved performance.  Design, analyze, and assemble tooling fixtures to facilitate efficient product builds and ergonomic safety.  Lead new product builds through the factory and support testing to validate designs and manufacturability.

The Equipment Maintenance Technician III is responsible for the maintenance of wafer fabrication assembly and facilities equipment for production lines. Responsible for troubleshooting and repairing downed equipment and assisting engineering staff in establishing and implementing periodic equipment maintenance. Uses test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts. Rebuilds manufacturing equipment. Technician may participate in safety forums, Emergency Response Teams and station improvement teams.

We are seeking an IT professional with experience designing, developing, deploying and supporting manufacturing systems.  Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, and large Databases desired.  Experience with SAP ME, MII, ME SDK and PCo based solutions, as well as Oracle Database helpful.  The Manufacturing Systems Analyst III will work on Manufacturing and Business application configuration and support in a manufacturing environment.

The IT Manufacturing Systems Analyst III conducts analysis, design, evaluation, modification, testing and implementation of enterprisewide systems (e.g., ERP, MES, Oracle, MSSQL) across functional areas. Plans and directs studies of potential electronic data processing applications and prepares design proposals to reflect cost, time and alternative actions to satisfy existing and future needs of the corporation. Develops test plans and protocols for evaluation of system performance. Conducts analysis of systems specifications and uses the latest analysis/diagramming tools to represent business/technical processes. Develops conversion and system implementation plans. Prepares and obtains approval of system and programming documentation. Recommends changes in development, maintenance and system standards.  Coordinates system upgrade activity. Trains user personnel in the conversion and implementation of the system.

The Quality Engineer (Fab) will develop and improve MEMS wafer fab and assembly processes, focusing specifically on quality and yield improvement.  Identify and investigate design/process/equipment issues that limit wafer yield. Manage production yield and quality improvement projects, including; data analysis; model generation; experimentation; and propose resolution.

The Manuracturing Engineer II (MEMS Backend Focus) is a primary support role for the manufacture of precision ink jet printheads, focused on MEMS based products.  This position develops, implements and maintains methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub‑assemblies and final assemblies. Evaluates and improves manufacturing processes by designing and conducting assessments; applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials; conferring with equipment engineers; soliciting observations from technicians. Performs troubleshooting and physical analysis to understand the root cause of product failure. Makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines which can improve yield, throughput and/or reduce cost. Interfaces with design engineering in coordinating the release of new subassemblies. Maintains records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations.

As a Clean Room/ Production Technician, you will assemble and test industrial drop on demand printheads and peripherals in support of the printing industry.

The Fujifilm Integrated Inkjet Solutions (FIIS) Regional Sales and Business Development Manager role is responsible for winning and developing new customers for FIIS in Europe. Key targets for this role include driving growth of FIIS print engine solutions and Fujifilm Unigraphica AG transport systems portfolio for the graphic art market and more specialized inkjet solutions for the security market, end producers of product (primarily brands) and OEMs.  In addition this role will interface with the Fujifilm European Graphics Division for driving sales of standard FIIS products through the Graphics sales channel.

The role will include direct engagement with the markets and customers of interest through trade association presentations, trade shows, and direct customer lead generation and contact in the defined territory.  The role will require an initial assessment of opportunities to qualify leads identifying technical success potential, size of the opportunities and fit with current and near term capabilities.  This position may interface with the Business Development (BD) team from our subsidiary ink companies to develop hardware related opportunities that will drive ink business. 

The position will work independently and as a part of a team focused on driving new business opportunities.  Team members may include marketing, sales, and business development people from other Fujifilm divisions in addition to those from FIIS.

The position is home office based, but a regular presence at FFUG’s in Liechtenstein is expected to welcome clients and facilitate collaboration with the team. The territory will include the UK, Nordics, Germany, France, Poland and the CEE region.

This role is distinctly different from a Product Management role, but if a new market is discovered where a FIIS/FFUG product would be of interest, the BD Manager will work with the Product Manager to hand off the information for further evaluation by the Product Manager.  

This role is split between developing and selling short term opportunities and developing medium term opportunities and market/application spaces (working in “markets” and VOC type scenarios).  The role will require an appropriate balance of these two important tasks.

The Facilities Engineer IV plans facilities changes for plant, office, and production equipment layouts, working toward economy of operation, maximum use of facilities and equipment, and compliance with laws and regulations. Coordinates with architecture/engineering firms in developing design criteria and preparing layout and detail drawings. Prepares bid sheets and contracts for construction and facilities acquisition. Reviews and estimates design costs including equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation and other related costs. Inspects construction and installation progress for conformance to established drawings, specifications, and schedules. Develops criteria and performance specifications required to meet unique operating requirements and building and safety codes. 

Knowledge: Having broad expertise or unique knowledge, uses skills to contribute to development of company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective ways.  Barriers to entry such technical committee review exist at this level.

The Jetting Technology Center is responsible for the development of printhead technologies and operating techniques with the goal of implementation into future printhead products. These technology development activities include jet design, jetting operability, image quality evaluation, and jetting performance evaluation.

The Development Engineer will be responsible for working in the Jetting Technology Center applying advanced mechanical engineering theories, methods and research techniques in the investigation and solution of core technology problems. This position will contribute to the expansion of our inkjet printhead technology through development of new performance evaluation tools and improving our understanding of underlying device physics.  

Strong interest to work in a hands-on laboratory environment, the ability to accurately measure printhead performance, and provide detailed analysis of results. Works closely with fellow JTC team members to define and implement new performance evaluation techniques and with the Product R&D team to provide feedback on potential design implementation.
