Job purpose
The Associate Clinical Specialist independently provides customer support of Fujifilm’s ES equipment in the Endoscopy department and/or specified departments. This role manages all relevant equipment and uses its own judgement and decision-making skills to provide troubleshooting and training for the proper handling of our equipment. This position provides on-site, hands-on client support for Fujifilm Endoscopy’s entire product catalog for assigned customers. It serves as the primary clinical resource for the Company and its sales team regionally and handles all related inquiries and issues. The ACS partners with and provides
training to all members of the customer’s staff, including physicians, reprocessing department, technicians, and nurses to independently manage and maintain customers’ Fujifilm equipment. Furthermore, it provides service to additional customers within the zone as required. This position reports directly to the Zone Sales Director or Regional Manager.
The Senior Network Engineer is responsible for daily operational tasks within the global Network and Data Center team, across several technologies such as Cisco and Palo Alto and similar. Daily tasks will be to perform system health checks, ensuring clean and tidy IT rooms and managing the ITSM queues for incidents and requests, along with project delivery support. In addition, the role is expected to have a broader reach outside traditional IT silos to build relationships within all IT service user towers. The Role

The Director of Endoscopy Infection Control is the primary company resource and subject matter expert for the Endoscopy Division as it relates to the cleaning, high-level disinfection and/or sterilization of Fujifilm endoscopy products.
This role works cross-functionally with customers, third-party companies and internal stakeholders including sales/sales management, field personnel, international liaisons, and marketing/R&D groups in Japan to ensure that the Fujifilm reprocessing recommendations satisfy US market needs and comply with industry infection control guidelines.
