We are hiring a R&D Principal Scientist – Raw Material Characterization. The R&D Principal Scientist – RMC will lead technical projects related to raw material characterization (RMC) and formulation science services to both internal and external customers.

This position is intended to test and support the software in order to provide a competitive product to the company. In addition, you will use manual and tool assisted testing of new and existing features in medical device software systems.

Position Description

We are hiring a Production Lead- Powder. The Production Lead- Powder, under the Production Supervisor’s direction, will coordinate efforts associated with the safe execution of Liquid Media manufacturing, Powder Media manufacturing or Kitting Assembly activities. They will assign tasks to department personnel, provide training of subordinates on job specific, GMP and Safety procedures and review production lot folders for correctness.

Position Description

We are hiring a Sr. Manager, Manufacturing. The Sr. Manager, Manufacturing will lead all activities of production, labor and material resource planning to ensure quality products are manufactured on time to meet customer and market demands.  They will also formulate and recommend manufacturing policies, strategy and programs, which help guide the corporation in improving its safety, quality, productivity, reliability and competitive position.

The Field Service Technician – Toner Production Equipment will be considered a specialist for a product line that the BID service team supports. This level technician will demonstrate a full working knowledge of a product line including theory of operation as well as the mechanics. Will provide solutions to complex problems as well as provide field and/or remote support to technicians.

The preferred location for this position is Houston, TX. 

We have an exciting opportunity at our Carrollton, Texas facility for a QC Chemist. This position serves as a Quality Control Chemist and maintains quality standards by performing analytical testing on incoming and finished products for composition and impurities, as well as recording quality results.

In addition, this role will accommodate preparations for new formulations (Gauge studies, method development, instrument installation, etc).

The District Manager will report to the Regional Support Manager and be responsible for planning and directing equipment installation and servicing to toner equipment customers based within an assigned territory. Manage day-to-day activities of Field Service Technician (FST), to meet internal and external customer expectations. The District Manager will reinforce Fujifilm’s leadership values by transforming his or her assigned district into a customer focused, proactive operation that will help drive Fujifilm’s business.

The preferred location for this position would be in a major city in Texas. 

The Associate Clinical Specialist independently provides customer support of Fujifilm’s ES equipment in the Endoscopy department and/or specified departments. This role manages all relevant equipment and uses its own judgement and decision-making skills to provide troubleshooting and training for the proper handling of our equipment. This position provides on-site, hands-on client support for Fujifilm Endoscopy’s entire product catalog for assigned customers. It serves as the primary clinical resource for the Company and its sales team regionally and handles all related inquiries and issues. The ACS partners with and provides training to all members of the customer’s staff, including physicians, reprocessing department, technicians, and nurses to independently manage and maintain customers’ Fujifilm equipment. Furthermore, it provides service to additional customers within the zone as required. This position reports directly to the Zone Sales Director or Regional Manager.

As the Engineering Technician, you will work closely with the manufacturing engineers in the setup, building, process optimization, failure analysis, scrap and cost reduction initiatives for manufactured ultrasound systems, transducers and/or accessories. 

This position requires a person who is self-starting, self-motivated, and a problem-solving team player able to work with minimal supervision.  We will rely on their sound judgment, decision-making qualities and forward-thinking to rise to meet the challenges of this important work.

We have multiple Utility Operator 2 positions available across day and night shift. Day shift is a 2/2/3 work schedule from 6am-6pm. Night shift is a 2/2/3 work schedule from 6pm-6am.

The Utility Operator 2 operates, maintains, and repairs black and clean utility systems. This position is also responsible for monitoring mechanical and electrical equipment, power distribution, chilled water, process gas, domestic and de-ionized water, water for injection (WFI), clean steam generator and distribution, plant steam boilers, compressed air, fire alarm, security, remote building equipment monitoring, sanitary, acid waste, and storm drain systems. Additionally, this role performs daily monitoring of tank farm, supports lab admin building, building management system (BMS) and critical alarm response.

 As Head of Finance at the Site in College Station Texas, you will be leading and driving the finance related initiatives across the site and taking these with you into the Site Leadership Team. The Head of Finance is a key member of the Site Leadership team who will provide effective finance business partnering, providing the right information at the right time to enable and influence effective business decisions.

The Site Finance team includes finance accounting, site finance controlling, treasury and cashflow forecasting, working capital management, site capital and fixed assets, forecasting and budget setting as well as medium term and long-term plans.

The Tech 3, Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) is responsible for ensuring the efficiency and operational reliability of the instrumentation and controls that support facility-wide equipment, and facility systems through effective Preventive and Corrective Maintenance and Calibration practices and know-how.

2nd shift  

This Supervisor position supports our night shift, with a shift schedule of Monday-Friday 8pm-4am EST.

The Supervisor of Utility Operations is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the operations of utility systems and the team of utility operators to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role focuses on maintaining and managing equipment, vendors, and daily operational activities while ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards. Additionally, this role also provides training, technical support, and leadership to the utility operations team.

The Sr. Manager - Facilities Maintenance, under the leadership of the Director of Facilities, will be responsible for managing the day-to-day utilities operations, maintenance strategies, repairs and troubleshooting support, outages response and vendor management on behalf of FLBT. Facilities, utilities and process equipment includes but are not limited to bioreactors, incubators, filtration skids, chromatography skids, autoclaves, freezers, refrigerators, walk-in cold rooms, QC/PD lab equipment, MCRs, MBUs, water purification and distillation units, air compressors and dryers, process gases, air handling units, air cooled chillers, steam/condensing boilers, wastewater treatment systems, among others. This position will also provide support during new facilities and equipment installation, working with the corresponding Engineering, Calibration, Operations, Automation, Validation and Quality department personnel, and with the various contractors and consultants working on the projects. This position will work closely with Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) to develop and ensure a safe workplace is developed; with Procurement/Facilities Support for development of repair parts and spare parts strategies; and with Engineering for the technical background, installation, improvement, and reliability of the Facilities and equipment.  

This position is intended to accelerate product delivery and enhance system reliability through automation, infrastructure, and foster collaboration with development teams.
