The primary purpose of this position is to manufacture RxD dispersions at the COUS site.
The Production Operator must be responsible to perform all manufacturing activities within all EHS, quality, and corporate guidelines on a right-first-time basis. The operator is independently responsible for manufacturing activities and priorities, following all appropriate training programs, complying with all documentation within the department (i.e. SOP’s, process logs), and effectively communicating with other operators as well as supervision and other departments. In addition, the Production Operator will perform routine manufacturing cleanouts and equipment changeovers, monitor in process and post batch data, and operate the process control systems to effectively run the plant. A strong understanding of the process chemistry and equipment, including potential problem analysis, is critical to ensuring high quality dispersion is produced in a safe and cost-effective manner.
The Production Operator accomplishes these goals while striving to maintain an atmosphere of involvement, continuous improvement, EHS, and right-first-time manufacture within the operations team. This position reports to the Workstation Manager for RxD.
The Production Operators will work rotating shifts to support 24/7 manufacturing. In addition to the listed responsibilities, the position may be required to perform other duties upon request from management.

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for the development of clinical ultrasound systems. This role will provide project leadership and electrical design through all development stages, including requirements definition, architectural design, circuit design, layout, bring-up, system integration, test, debug and verification. You will be a subject matter expert (SME) with strong working knowledge of analog, digital, signal processing and low-noise subsystem design. This role requires familiarity with all aspects of the system level design including the analog front-end, A/D acquisition, digital signal processing and imaging functions. This position requires previous capital medical equipment sales experience.

This role leads a shift team and is responsible for manufacturing bulk drug substance. This manufacturing facility is 24/7 operational and the role may require to be flexible with working hours.
As an upstream supervisor, you’ll lead and inspire a team of manufacturing associates, supporting the start up of a new large scale cell culture facility. The Upstream area includes: An inoculum lab, two seed reactor trains (each with 4 reactors of increasing size), four 20,000L production reactors, a harvest suite, media preparation, and parts prep area.
You and your team will work a 2-2-3, 12 hour shift schedule to support the ongoing activities in these areas.
You’ll start out leading a team in project phase supporting commissioning and qualification efforts in addition to helping prepare the facility to be operational ready. It’s an exciting opportunity to help build out processes and procedures in preparation of the first GMP run later this year.

This position will be a champion and focal point on new product development teams using a Design for Reliability (DfR) approach starting early in the design process to ensure designs are robust to customer use, environmental stress, and service-life duration.
