Summary:  The Deviation Coordinator I is responsible for supporting deviation investigations to ensure accurate, thorough, and on time completion.  The incumbent applies systematic and analytical root cause analysis techniques inclusive of Human and Organizational Performance principles to each investigation.  

The Field Service Technician – Toner Production Equipment will be considered a specialist for a product line that the service team supports. This level technician will demonstrate a full working knowledge of a product line including theory of operation as well as the mechanics. Will provide solutions to complex problems as well as provide field and/or remote support to technicians.

This position is remote to be based in the Austin, TX area.
