We have an exciting opportunity at our Pueblo, CO facility for a Project Engineer!  The Project Engineer role is expected to lead and participate in all aspects of the asset creation process, beginning at an early stage (front end loading or FEL) and following through to commissioning/start up and project closure/lessons learned.  The Project Engineer must be able to lead a variety of project types, such as new buildings/infrastructure, process manufacturing capacity expansions, new product introductions (NPI), and initiatives for EH&S/regulatory compliance, debottlenecking, and reliability improvements. 

The purpose of this role is to provide customer support of Fujifilm ES equipment in the Endoscopy department and/or specified departments by managing all relevant equipment, providing basic trouble shooting, and training for proper care and handling of our equipment. This role provides onsite, hands-on client support for Fujifilm Endoscopy’s entire product catalog. This role provides education and training to Company personnel and customers. This position reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager or Zone Sales Director and is the primary sales support resource for the Company and its sales team.

The Sr Automation Engineer 1, DSM Upstream will provide support to the Drug Substance Manufacturing (DSM) facility. This includes implementation of changes to the Automation systems, updating design documents, executing testing, troubleshooting events, and being a part of Automation on-call support. This role focuses on leading the full Automation scope for delivery of DeltaV logic for Upstream process areas including Inoculum Lab, Media Preparation, Seed Culture, Large Scale Bioreactors, and Harvest.

The Manufacturing Technician IV will work directly with a range of technologies. The Technician IV level provides an opportunity to stay on the technical track, or work towards a supervisory path. Dependent upon assignment, the range of technologies may include any of the following:

The Instrumentation & Controls Technician is responsible for ensuring the efficiency and operational reliability of the instrumentation and controls that support facility wide equipment, and facility systems through effective Preventive and Corrective Maintenance and Calibration practices and knowhow. While in project phase, the schedule will be M-F during normal business hours.  Upon transitioning to operations, this position will transition to the appropriate shift that will be defined prior to the transition. This position reports to the Process Engineering Manager, Upstream in support of the Process Equipment team for the Galaxy project, a greenfield construction project in Holly Springs, NC.  The initial assignment is to assume the Responsible Engineer role for the Seed Train unit operations.

As the site moves into commercial operations circa 2025, this position is planned to continue as a Process Engineering role supporting commercial operations, technology transfers, and small capital projects related to the same unit operation.  Additional details regarding job responsibilities are below.

The Sr. Database Solution Development & Data Management Engineer role is to develop and support the embedded applications for Fujifilm Sonosite Flagship products. The position will implement complex data management strategies for medical devices and policies to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security. She/he creates and maintains the system’s database schema, data dictionaries, data models for efficient data storage and retrieval, and finally collaborates with all her/his peers to ensure that the data access and duplication rules are followed.The engineer participates as a high-level technical expert in planning, designing, developing, coding, and debugging new software or enhancements to existing software. The engineer collaborates closely with other members of the Software team as well as with other functional teams and with project managers to execute projects on schedule.

This position is responsible for technical repair and final quality inspection on assigned Endoscopic units. This position is responsible for consistently meeting monthly repair targets while adhering to all safety policies and procedures. This position is intended to possess the knowledge, repair skills, and expertise required to repair the most complicated endoscopes.

As a Manufacturing Technician - Water Fab (Front End Days) you will perform functions associated with wafer production, including photolithography, thin film, etch, diffusion, inspection, bonding and saw and grind - all in support of the printing industry.  This position has a cmpressed work week-Front End Days - Every Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Wednesday.  5:30 am- 6:00 pm 

As a Manufacturing Technician, Water Fab (Back End Days) you will perform functions associated with wafer production, including photolithography, thin film, etch, diffusion, inspection, bonding and saw and grind - all in support of the printing industry.   This position has a compressed work week; Back End Days - Every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday.  5:30 am- 6:00 pm 

As an Assembly Technician - Back End Days (BED), you will assemble and test electro-mechanical assemblies and peripherals in support of the printing industry. This position has a compressed work week; Back End Days - Every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday.  5:30 am- 6:00 pm.

The Associate Manufacturing Supervisor - Front End Days is responsible for coordinating manufacturing operations to meet and exceed quality, cost and delivery commitments. Position is a “working” position, in which the individual will supervise the activities of others while assisting in the day-to-day operations.

This position will have supervisory responsibility over a shift of Manufacturing Technicians in a Wafer Fab responsible for the manufacture of MEMS-based products.  Ideal candidates will have demonstrated experience supporting the development of manufacturing excellence across a multi-shift production operation.

This position has a compressed work week; Front End Days - Every Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Wednesday.  5:30 am- 6:00 pm

This position is a member of the engineering team, developing software for medical information products to be located in the Raleigh/Durham, NC area. 

This position reports to the Process Engineering Manager, Downstream in support of the Process Equipment team for the Aura project, a greenfield construction project in Holly Springs, NC.  The initial assignment is to assume the Responsible Engineer role for Chromatography and Column Packing unit operations. 

As the site moves into commercial operations circa 2027, this position is planned to continue as primary support for Chromatography and Column Packing unit operations, with secondary responsibility expanding to cover additional Downstream unit operations includes supporting commercial operations, technology transfers, and small capital projects.  Additional details regarding job responsibilities are below. 

The Manufacturing Equipment Engineer will drive continuous improvement of Dry Etch equipment working with process engineers. Work with maintenance team on training effectiveness, spare parts management and design weaknesses. Act as lead for new tool installs and qualification, securing necessary internal and external resources to drive projects to completion. Using expert tool knowledge, selects, installs, modifies, upgrades and maintains equipment most appropriate and cost effective for manufacturing operations. Establishes programs and solutions for increasing up-time and for equipment problems that affect the manufacturing process. Define calibration process for bench top equipment and develop routine maintenance in an Assembly environment.

Knowledge: Having broad expertise or unique knowledge, uses skills to contribute to development of company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective ways.  Barriers to entry such technical committee review exist at this level.

Job Complexity:  Works on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles.  Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Creates formal networks involving coordination among groups.

Supervision: Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments.  May supervise the activities of others. 

Experience: Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8 years and a Master’s degree; or PhD with 5 years experience; or equivalent experience.

We have an exciting opportunity at our North Kingstown, RI facility for a Senior Process Engineer!  The Senior Process Engineer will lead manufacturing engineering activities for batch-process-based product lines. This role involves full ownership of a product line while contributing to the success of additional lines. The Senior Engineer will oversee all aspects of the product lifecycle, ensuring quality standards for materials are maintained and committed ship dates for finished products are met. Responsibilities include evaluating supplier changes, developing qualification plans for validation, and implementing continuous improvement projects. The position requires interpreting SPC (Statistical Process Control) data, managing material disposition, and applying critical thinking to optimize processes and maintain high-quality output. The Senior Engineer will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and ongoing success of assigned product lines, from inception to final production.

We have an exciting opportunity at our Hollister, CA facility for a Quality Control Engineer II!  The Quality Control Engineer II will work to ensure all metrology equipment provides a high level of quality that meets internal and external customer’s expectation. This individual will put in place a system to measure each critical metrology equipment performance, drive continuous improvements, and then report on its status with QC Chemists, Process Engineers, management, and key customers to address any deficiencies.
