The Role

Summary: Under limited supervision of the Sr. Manager, Materials Management, the Warehouse Operations Manager, or the Manager, Warehouse Logistics, the Supervisor Materials Management is responsible for the assurance of accurate receipt, verification, record keeping, distribution, and or shipment of materials and goods. The supervisor position will be one of three focused areas: Receiving, Inventory Control/Picking, or Shipping. Summary: The Senior Director Quality Operations – Shared Services is responsible for QA oversight of CGMP manufacturing operations and areas at FDBT Shared Services (drug product, raw materials, warehouse, analytical, buffer/media, cell banking). Lead the Quality Operations organization to create a strong quality culture of engaged and motivated staff maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Direct all QA on-the-floor (QAOTF), batch record review (BRR), and product disposition activities including QA review and approval of any associated deviations, CAPAs, and change controls to meet established targets for right first time execution and on-time delivery. Ensure products are manufactured to meet all CGMP regulatory requirements for phase-appropriate clinical and commercial bulk drug substance and drug product manufacture.
GENERAL PURPOSE
The Quality Control Lab Technician supports Manufacturing and various departments on site with analytical testing. The Quality Control Lab Technician is responsible for delivering analytical results within all EHS, quality, and corporate guidelines on a right-first-time basis. The position requires the ability to work rotating shifts. Technician works under the general direction of a Quality Control Shift Leader or Chemist. A wide variety of simple to highly complex laboratory tasks are conducted with a consistently high degree of independence. The position requires dependability, versatility, judgement and manipulative skill. The Technician follows all appropriate training programs, complies with all documentation requirements within the department (i.e. SOP’s, analytical logs), and effectively communicates with QC team members, supervision, and other departments. In addition, the Technician will provide direct, frontline responsibility for adherence to Quality Assurance Systems in terms of the assurance test sample program, calibration protocols, SOP’s, control limit monitoring, and all other prescribed quality initiatives.
*Must be willing to work a seven day rotating 12 hour shift schedule which may include holidays.

The Role
The primary responsibility of the CMP Quality Manufacturing Technician II is to collaborate with CMP Manufacturing Manager, Raw Materials Coordinator, and Finished Goods Warehouse on completion of dock audits for outgoing CMP finished goods. Collaborate with the CMP Manufacturing Manager on implementation of dock audit through MII for improved traceability. Collaborate with other production support to assure samples, data collection and data input on occurring as required. Additional job tasks include maintaining dock audit & logbook forms via document control, working with CMP Process Engineering on collection of samples and/or data for product or monitoring system health. Serve as a backup for similar production support personnel.

Summary: The Senior Engineer functions independently and productively within a team based organization to actively address complex cGMP manufacturing issues. The individual is responsible for analyzing process technologies in support of new project proposals and takes responsibility for the technical transfer into the manufacturing group for Clinical and/or Commercial. This individual must work in a collaborative manner coordinating the transfer of biological drug processes from process development (internal or client) groups in a CMO environment.
As the Associate Director of Biosafety, you will serve as the Corporate Biosafety Officer (BSO) and provide expertise in biorisk management, specifically, biohazard identification and product handling risk assessment across global sites, ensuring safe laboratory and manufacturing work practices as well as product quality and safety. This position will report to the Global Director, Biosafety and Toxicology, and sit under the global quality leadership group (Regulatory, IT, Safety, QA, and QC).
