The Manager of Government Affairs will interact with local, state, and federal legislative bodies and government agencies to represent and protect the organization’s business plans and interests.

The purpose of this role is to provide customer support of Fujifilm ES equipment in the Endoscopy department and/or specified departments by managing all relevant equipment, providing basic trouble shooting, and training for proper care and handling of our equipment. This position reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager or Zone Sales Director and is the primary sales support resource for the Company and its sales team.

Visits customer sites regularly to solve problems, build relationships, understand specific support requirements, and lead application development activities. Provides and coordinates technical training for customer personnel. Assists Sales, Business Development, and other staff in the practical application of company products to meet customer needs. Provides support in disseminating technical information for specific applications. Travel will average at least 50% through serving select, top tier customers within assigned territory / region.

The Field Service Technician – Level 2 will report to the Regional Service Manager and will be responsible for the service and maintenance of a single product line that the service team supports. This level technician will demonstrate a full working knowledge of a product line including theory of operation as well as the mechanics. This position will require travel throughout the United States.

The Account Executive, ES (Territory - St. Louis/ Southern Illinois) is responsible for the generation of sales revenue for the organization through personal interaction with prospective customers within a given territory. This position is expected to promote the use of core products within prospective customer accounts, maintain current customer accounts to ensure a solid reference base and educate the general market on the benefits of the product. This position must establish a solid network of reference with “partner” representatives who supply the same customers with non-competitive products and maintain a thorough understanding of competitive products and competitive positioning to ensure success and become a true “Endoscopic Consultant” for the customer. Has overall responsibility in achieving a 10% annual increase of market share.

This level technician will demonstrate a full working knowledge of the product lines they support including theory of operation as well as the mechanics. This position will require travel throughout the United States.
The preferred location for this position is Maryland, USA.
