The Associate Clinical Specialist independently provides customer support of Fujifilm’s ES equipment in the Endoscopy department and/or specified departments. This role manages all relevant equipment and uses its own judgement and decision-making skills to provide troubleshooting and training for the proper handling of our equipment. This position provides on-site, hands-on client support for Fujifilm Endoscopy’s entire product catalog for assigned customers. It serves as the primary clinical resource for the Company and its sales team regionally and handles all related inquiries and issues. The ACS partners with and provides training to all members of the customer’s staff, including physicians, reprocessing department, technicians, and nurses to independently manage and maintain customers’ Fujifilm equipment. We have multiple Utility Operator 2 positions available across day and night shift. Day shift is a 2/2/3 work schedule from 6am-6pm. Night shift is a 2/2/3 work schedule from 6pm-6am.
The Utility Operator 2 operates, maintains, and repairs black and clean utility systems. This position is also responsible for monitoring mechanical and electrical equipment, power distribution, chilled water, process gas, domestic and de-ionized water, water for injection (WFI), clean steam generator and distribution, plant steam boilers, compressed air, fire alarm, security, remote building equipment monitoring, sanitary, acid waste, and storm drain systems. Additionally, this role performs daily monitoring of tank farm, supports lab admin building, building management system (BMS) and critical alarm response.
The Senior Upgrade Engineer is responsible for performing upgrades for Fujifilm Healthcare Americas Corporation (HCUS) Medical Informatics (MI) products to all eligible sites. In addition will maintain necessary documents and process information regarding upgrades. Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors, which may include customer impact, HCUS business priorities, and regulatory requirements. Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work and general instructions on new assignments. Offers mentorship to new incumbents on technical and product knowledge and department operating procedures. To meet the needs of our customers, working outside of normal business hours and holidays is required.
The Regulatory Compliance Manager (Corporate) is a member of the FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation Department reporting to the Corporate Compliance Director. The Compliance Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the company’s compliance programs related to laws and regulations, including healthcare compliance, anti-corruption, antitrust, and anti–money laundering (AML). Under the supervision of the Corporate Compliance Director, this individual will ensure the effectiveness of compliance frameworks, oversee due diligence and monitoring activities, and support the ongoing development of policies, procedures, and training programs to foster a culture of integrity and compliance across the organization.

This position reports into the Marketing organization and manages the Interventional GI & Accessories team. The product portfolio includes innovative endoscopes for ERCP, EUS and Double Balloon Enteroscopy as well as accessories for endoscopic procedures. This role works cross-functionally both within the organization and with external stakeholders (e.g., KOLs) to execute company initiatives and manage all aspects of product commercialization, including both upstream and downstream marketing. The Senior Product Manager, Interventional GI & Accessories contributes to the evolution of the organization as new protocols and business methods gain adoption and the priorities of the division continue to change.

The Sales Specialist, Diagnostic Oncology, in the Invitro Diagnostics Division, is responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and establishing relationships with Key Accounts and Opinion Leaders within the Liver/Hepatology Medical Oncology community. Manage specific assigned geographic areas and successfully drive the FUJIFILM HCC Risk Biomarkers sales through that community. As assigned interface with Senior Management teams from major IVD manufacturers. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of IVD reagent systems, distribution modalities, as well as clinical performance and utility of assays.
The Account Executive, ES (Territory - St. Louis/ Southern Illinois) is responsible for the generation of sales revenue for the organization through personal interaction with prospective customers within a given territory. This position is expected to promote the use of core products within prospective customer accounts, maintain current customer accounts to ensure a solid reference base and educate the general market on the benefits of the product. This position must establish a solid network of reference with “partner” representatives who supply the same customers with non-competitive products and maintain a thorough understanding of competitive products and competitive positioning to ensure success and become a true “Endoscopic Consultant” for the customer. Has overall responsibility in achieving a 10% annual increase of market share.
