GENERAL PURPOSE
The primary purpose of this position is to manufacture purified dyes, ink formulations, and flush solutions per batch process logs.
This includes material handling, operating pumps, Reverse Osmosis units, monitoring flows, filtering, and packaging to customer requirements.
Production operators are responsible for their own work habits and safety performance. This position requires accurate transfer of information, documentation of all process steps, and reporting of abnormal occurrences. The Production Operator accomplishes these goals while striving to maintain an atmosphere of involvement, continuous improvement, EHS, and right-first-time manufacture within the operations team.
The Production Operator accomplishes these tasks with direct interaction with co-workers, lab personnel, and production supervision. This position reports to the Lead Operator.
The Production Operator will work rotating shifts to support 24/5 manufacturing, Monday-Friday. In addition to the listed responsibilities, the position may be required to perform other duties upon request from management.
This position is intended to sell Ultrasound imaging systems, options, and service contracts to prospective and existing customers in their assigned territory.

The Role
The EH&S Engineer will be responsible for providing detailed engineering and/or technical support to assure compliance with environmental, health and safety requirements. In addition, this role will provide guidance on cost-effective measures to protect air, land and water resources to provide a clean and healthful environment. Assist with new project initiatives, including expansions, acquisitions and new development opportunities. Assist in site support for EH&S programs as needed, including PSM/RMP initiatives and support efforts to develop. Maintain and implement EH&S programs to support operating facilities and business units.

The Role
The Associate Control Systems Engineer will work as part of the Pueblo Engineering Team to design, specify, commission, and provide project management for instrumentation and control systems supporting production and utility systems used in batch & continuous specialty chemical manufacturing operations.
The Associate Scientist’s primary responsibility is the execution and documentation of scientific experiments and maintaining laboratory equipment. The Downstream Process Development Scientist II functions to design, execute, and interpret complex laboratory experiments and activities necessary for gene therapy, vaccine, and recombinant protein purification process development with priorities set by supervisor/project lead to achieve project goals. The individual will typically lead customer process transfer projects. The individual should display good technical knowledge and scientific understanding of downstream purification of viruses, proteins, and plasmid DNA as well as having knowledge of process development at both small and large process scales.

A strong understanding of the process chemistry and equipment, including potential problem analysis, is critical to ensuring high quality dispersion is produced in a safe and cost-effective manner.

You will review the development and execution of software test plans by way of verification procedures based upon software and system specifications.
