Senior Manufacturing Associate (1st Shift, Transducers) - Bothell, WA
We have an opportunity for a dedicated team player to be a part of a fast-paced, busy manufacturing environment! As a successful candidate you will exhibit manual dexterity, reliability, basic math and computer skills and an aptitude for learning things quickly. Manufacturing experience is not required but is preferred. Any college level educational experience considered.
As a Sr. Manufacturing Associate, you will provide manufacturing engineering and process development support for critical and proprietary processes used in the manufacture of medical ultrasound transducers. Apply subject matter expertise to develop improved process performance and product reliability. Work from requirements and problem descriptions with little supervision. Resolve process problems to root cause in an expeditious manner. Provide NPI support including DFM feedback. Mentor Jr engineers, technicians, production management and other personnel. Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives. Contribute beyond functional boundaries. Manage supplier corrective actions. Write unambiguous, concise and effective engineering reports. Maintain accurate BOMs and procedures.
The Project Manager 2 is responsible for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to Environmental, Health & Safety(EHS), Maintenance, contractors, vendors, and clients. This role is responsible to handle administrative aspects of the project from start to completion, track and monitor the project status and milestones, and ensure projects meets all standards, timelines, and budgets.
The Facilities Engineer IV plans facilities changes for plant, office, and production equipment layouts, working toward economy of operation, maximum use of facilities and equipment, and compliance with laws and regulations. Coordinates with architecture/engineering firms in developing design criteria and preparing layout and detail drawings. Prepares bid sheets and contracts for construction and facilities acquisition. Reviews and estimates design costs including equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation and other related costs. Inspects construction and installation progress for conformance to established drawings, specifications, and schedules. Develops criteria and performance specifications required to meet unique operating requirements and building and safety codes.
Knowledge: Having broad expertise or unique knowledge, uses skills to contribute to development of company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective ways. Barriers to entry such technical committee review exist at this level.
Job Complexity: Works on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles. Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Creates formal networks involving coordination among groups.

Experience: Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8 years and a Master’s degree; or PhD with 5 years experience; or equivalent experience.
The Account Executive, ES is responsible for the generation of sales revenue for the organization through personal interaction with prospective customers within a given territory. This position will contribute to the expansion of our inkjet printhead technology through development of new performance evaluation tools and improving our understanding of underlying device physics.
