The Project Portfolio Manager position will play a critical role in the delivery of Capital Projects across the Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies’ Holly Springs location. This role will be heavily involved as production areas ramp up and during operations. This exciting position will involve global collaboration with our partner site in Denmark, coordination with project managers, and ensuring cross-functional alignment on upcoming projects that need to be executed across the site. This role will include portfolio management with progress, cost, and schedule control of all stage gate phases of project execution.
As Project Portfolio Manager, you will be the owner of the prioritization of all CAPEX projects that need to be executed. You will also be the owner of the overall budget strategy for the CAPEX projects. You will be expected to report out on budget adherence along with overall schedule adherence for each project collectively to SLT. The Project Portfolio Manager will be expected to work closely with finance in order to ensure budget spend plan is being executed. You will also be expected to work intimately with the Project Managers within the capital projects group in order to understand needs and progress for each project that is ongoing. This role will be responsible for setting up the governance strategy for projects in order to streamline project and budget approvals. In this role you will also need to understand workload across the Capital Projects Organization in order to level load projects per project manager.
This position will be a part of the Capital Projects organization for the site, where the Project Portfolio Manager will be the owner of all aspects of project tracking for CAPEX projects in the $5M-$20M USD range. There is potential for this role to evolve into supporting much larger projects in a variety of capacities.

The Manager, Test Automation will report to the Director Solutions Delivery and will be responsible for managing the definition, implementation and integration of software test automation principles and processes into the design and development of software and IT systems across our software development organization. This includes day-to-day operational oversight, management, reviewing and establishing processes, and identifying new practices and methodologies for our software validation efforts. Collaborating with project teams, the service group, customers, business stakeholders and senior management to effectively plan for and utilize QA staff and resources is critical.
