The Associate 2, HS is responsible for supporting the development and execution of Health & Safety programs with a focus on laboratories. This includes compliance with applicable regulations (Federal, State, Local), codes and standards. As a single point of contact, this position will represent EHS and collaborate with assigned functional operations areas to instill a world class culture of EHS. Additional responsibilities include support of EHS engagement programs (EHS observations, GEMBA), training, audits, inspections, investigations, and collaboration with EHS personnel across the organization.

The Senior Synapse System Administrator I (SSAT) is primarily responsible for education (internal and external) as it relates to Synapse System Administration. This includes the development of professional-grade training material, innovative training strategies and comprehensive training curriculums. In addition, this role is responsible for assisting with developing, and participating in all system administration training offerings, e.g., Q & A sessions, hosted and on-site courses.
Interaction with Sales, Customer Support, Clinical Applications, Field Service, the end-user, and the Synapse Integration Team is required. The candidate must develop relationships and communication channels to ensure status feedback and cooperation with stakeholders. Finally, the candidate must ensure that all training is executed professionally to ensure customers are well positioned for ownership, and ultimately, success.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Account Sales & Product Manager - OEM is responsible for print head and print component sales and sales growth in the specified territory. The successful candidate will be able to manage and develop existing accounts, as well as identify new leads and convert such leads into successful sales in the short, medium, and long term. In addition, the individual will be responsible for some assigned Product Management duties which would include product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and satisfaction goals are met. This position requires the ability to work with other department leads and product managers to refine and execute a product management strategy and protocol which can continue to grow with our fast-growing company.
Continuous customer interaction can be expected in order to identify new opportunities, help solve problems as well as promote Dimatix and understand – and improve - customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills are needed. A reasonable analytical mindset is important and the right candidate must be a disciplined self-starter that can act independently with minimum supervision. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) are required. The role will require ability to travel constantly. 50-75% travel time should be anticipated.

The Regional Associate Director, Finance Business plays a pivotal role in providing financial leadership and strategic support to the commercial and program management teams within our North Carolina sites. This position requires a blend of financial expertise, business acumen, commercial mindset and the ability to influence and drive strategic initiatives. This role leads the local Finance Business Partner team in supporting all financial elements relating to revenue recognition, contract review/approval and sales to program margin analysis and forecasting.
