Job Purpose -This position is intended to be responsible for maintaining excellent customer satisfaction by working directly with healthcare information technology and medical imaging staff. Job Purpose -This position is intended to be responsible for maintaining excellent customer satisfaction by working directly with healthcare information technology and medical imaging staff. They will gather and understand customer needs, install, and configure the software accordingly, train customer site personnel to serve as administrator of the software, and act as the primary contact for technical support. They will also collaborate with the FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation (HCUS) engineering team to keep abreast of the software’s continuously evolving functionality and will apply that knowledge to optimize the software performance at customer sites.

Overview

The Sr. Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle for existing and new inkjet digital print solutions while driving our business’s growth for expansion.  As part of a global team, you will be responsible for the regional implementation and management of new and existing globally launched products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, operations, finance, EHS, and service to ensure the product's success in the market. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in product management, a strong blend of technical, business, and interpersonal skills to drive product initiatives and deliver exceptional value to customers.

This position can be remote based, but preferably located near Hanover Park, IL with the ability to come on site as needed.
