Fujifilm Holdings America Corporation is seeking a senior counsel to support the company’s privacy, data protection, and AI program goals and compliance obligations across a number of business functions. In this role, you will report to the company's Chief Litigation, Employment & Privacy Counsel, and will work closely with the Privacy Officer and Data Governance Director, Information Security Officer and legal team to support the Fujifilm privacy, AI, and cybersecurity programs. You will serve as a subject-matter expert for state, federal and international privacy laws impacting Fujifilm, and be responsible for providing legal advice and counsel on such laws and regulations affecting its businesses in North America, South America, and European regions.
The businesses in the Fujifilm family range from manufacturing to healthcare and life sciences. You will provide legal support in the development and implementation of AI and privacy and security-related policies, practices, and training programs, and help business stakeholders to understand and address data protection and privacy issues as they emerge in the development of new products and technologies. You will also provide counsel to the law department attorneys on AI, privacy and security matters impacting the businesses they support and relevant contract provisions. You will be expected to stay abreast of developments and trends in data protection and privacy laws and regulations and enforcement.
The position is fully remote within the US.

The Procurement Manager owns strategic and tactical procurement for our Photopolymer business and serves as the senior procurement presence at the North Kingstown, RI site. The role manages critical raw material supplier relationships — including contract manufacturers, specialty chemical producers, and international suppliers in Japan and Asia — and leads supplier negotiations, cost management, supply-continuity planning, and new-material sourcing in close partnership with the Photopolymer SBU, Raw Material Engineering, Quality, and site Operations.
A core focus of this role is identifying, qualifying, and managing custom-synthesis and contract manufacturing partners worldwide, particularly in Japan and Asia, capable of producing highly specialized chemistries that support revenue-critical product lines. These materials range from low-volume specialty chemistries to multi-million-dollar supply agreements, and in every case their importance to the business far exceeds the purchase value alone — success in this role is measured by supply security and value delivered to revenue-critical product lines.
This role is the senior procurement presence for the North Kingstown site, representing Procurement in site leadership forums, product change notification (PCN) reviews, and supplier quality processes; transactional execution, services/blanket administration, and procurement master data are owned by the Operational Procurement organization, with which this role partners. This is a key-person role: the incumbent is the primary procurement interface for several single- and sole-source supply relationships that directly support revenue-critical product lines.

The Controls Engineering Manager is responsible for leading the Controls Engineering team in support of a 24/7 manufacturing operation. This position provides technical leadership, strategic direction, and hands-on engineering support for plant automation systems, capital projects, maintenance operations, and continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will oversee automation standards, control system architecture, PLC and SCADA programming, historian systems, industrial networking, instrumentation, and server infrastructure while ensuring system reliability, cybersecurity, and operational excellence.
This role requires a highly experienced automation professional with strong leadership skills and extensive knowledge of industrial control systems, hazardous locations, process automation, and manufacturing operations.
As a Mechanical Engineer III, you will solve mechanical design issues to improve the quality of complex ultrasound systems, establishing, and implementing innovative modifications of existing designs to reduce costs while still maintaining quality. This involves creating and modifying complex parts and assemblies using SolidWorks, simulation and analysis of various design alternatives using simulation packages (thermal and stress), rapid prototyping, first articles testing, developing, and executing the qualification plans, reporting results in formal documents. Understanding strain/stress issues on printed circuit boards that house RoHS-compliant components are required. Must be able to interface with the EE engineers, system engineers, industrial design engineers, FFSS’s supply chain and suppliers to make sure that all aspects of the modified designs are considered. Work closely with Sr. Mechanical Engineers and Production Engineers to solve manufacturing and design issues. Previous experience working with FDA-regulated products is highly desired. Contributing to the establishment and maintenance of the project schedules is also a part of the QVS ME engineer’s responsibilities.
