The Associate Clinical Specialist independently provides customer support of Fujifilm’s ES equipment in the Endoscopy department and/or specified departments. This role manages all relevant equipment and uses its own judgement and decision-making skills to provide troubleshooting and training for the proper handling of our equipment. This position provides on-site, hands-on client support for Fujifilm Endoscopy’s entire product catalog for assigned customers. It serves as the primary clinical resource for the Company and its sales team regionally and handles all related inquiries and issues. The ACS partners with and provides training to all members of the customer’s staff, including physicians, reprocessing department, technicians, and nurses to independently manage and maintain customers’ Fujifilm equipment. Furthermore, it provides service to additional customers within the zone as required. This position reports directly to the Zone Sales Director or Regional Manager.
The Principal Data/AI Engineer helps drive the technical strategy and architecture of enterprise-scale data and AI platforms that power mission-critical data products, analytics, and AI-driven solutions. In this role, you will operate as a technical expert in planning, designing, developing, and debugging new and existing data pipelines. You will advocate for data and AI engineering best practices, including idempotent modular pipeline design, version control, automated testing, CI/CD, IaaS, data quality checks and observability. You will help mentor junior engineers through design guidance, code reviews, pairing, and enabling Agile frameworks to promote iterative delivery and continuous improvement.
The Clinical Consultant, MI – I shall be responsible for providing clinical consulting for the project, report configuration (CV), workflow analysis, end-to-end testing, remote or onsite training as well as go-live support to Synapse PACS/MI projects. In addition, provide clinical support for sales and company team members with respect to the use of the company’s products and serve as a consultant on behalf of customers and company personnel in compliance with the company’s quality procedures. The Sr. Analyst 1, QC Sample Control works independently with limited supervision and guidance from their manager to ensure all samples managed by the Sample Control team are handled and documented in accordance with applicable internal procedures. This role is responsible for handling samples manufactured at FDB Holly Springs, samples and reference materials from external sources, coordinating stability samples and protocols within the sample control team. This role is also responsible for coordinating with key internal stakeholders on the transport of QC samples from Holly Springs to external testing laboratories and support continuous improvement projects and SOP revisions by providing input into the sample handling process. A very high attention to detail and the ability to effectively communicate and function in a fast-paced, highly technical environment is essential to success. This role is included in routine on-call and weekend support, as needed.

The Role
