The Clinical Education & Product Coordination, Associate Regional independently provides in
person customer support of Fujifilm’s Endoscopy equipment during Fujifilm supported hands on
courses and/or training which primarily occurs on the weekend. This role serves as the primary
regional resource in managing requests for Fujifilm Endoscopy technologies for hands on courses
and trainings. This position manages all relevant equipment onsite, uses independent judgement
and decision-making to provide troubleshooting and training for the use and proper handling of
our equipment during events, and provides service and support to customers within the region as
required. This position reports directly to the Senior Manager, Clinical Education and Product
Coordination.

This engineer is expected be able to resolve most of the cases that are presented to them and responsible for documenting more in-depth evaluations of issues that they are unable to resolve.
