As a member of our sales team, you will sell portable ultrasound systems in a consultative, professional and high velocity sales environment. This includes creating primary market demand for FUJIFILM Sonosite products by networking, cold calling, and educating users in hospitals and the physician office market on the value of FUJIFILM Sonosite’s hand-carried compact ultrasound systems and tools.
This position requires previous medical equipment sales experience.
To best serve the territory, prefer candidates currently located in the Houston, TX area.
The Senior Clinical Consultant, MI - I (SCC, MI - I) has mastered technical/Clinical skills and possesses advanced product knowledge required to mentor Clinical Consultants in clinical product optimization and the onsite and remote education of Physicians, IT/Clinical Systems Administrators, Technologists, Sonographers, and other Key Operators in the use of Fujifilm’s
Medical Informatics.
The Senior Clinical Consultant, MI - I shall be responsible for providing clinical consulting for the project, report configuration (CV), workflow analysis, end-to-end testing, remote or onsite training as well as go-live support to Synapse PACS/MI projects. The SCC, MI – I ensures customer satisfaction by properly managing customer expectations and driving improved product awareness and understanding.
The SCC, MI – I is the second level of local escalation for technical assessment, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization, and further escalation where needed to ensure that product integrity and performance levels meet customer expectations. The Regional Sales Associate is responsible for providing regional support to assigned Regional Sales Manager. The Principal National Support Engineer II provides the highest level of technical expertise and experience to the Fujifilm Healthcare Medical Informatics business covering all currently offered products including, but not limited to: storage systems, PACS (Radiology/Cardiology), VNA, Mobility, 3D Systems, Syncomm and Clinical Information Systems. While this position primarily supports the Technical Assistance Center (TAC), technical leadership and direction is provided to all other functional departments within the business including development. In some cases, support is also provided to the modality side of the business as well.
The Principal National Support Engineer II will assist in driving all aspects of customer support related issues that are mostly technical in nature, although system administration and clinical support is provided utilizing the escalation process. The Principal National Support Engineer II will evaluate, triage, present and work in concert with development to ensure optimal customer experience and timely resolution to high priority issues.
Additionally, the Principal National Support Engineer II is tasked with documenting all activities associated with an issue and providing communications (service bulletins, procedures, etc.) to the TAC, Project Engineering and Upgrade teams and in some cases directly to the customer. The Sales Specialist, Diagnostic Oncology, in the Invitro Diagnostics Division, is responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and establishing relationships with Key Accounts and Opinion Leaders within the Liver/Hepatology Medical Oncology community. Manage specific assigned geographic areas and successfully drive the FUJIFILM HCC Risk Biomarkers sales through that community. As assigned interface with Senior Management teams from major IVD manufacturers. The Technical Support Engineer, MI – II (Tier II) handles remote technical support across our product lines for HCUS customers. The expectation of the position is to be versed in primary support across our Synapse products, and the ability to support more complex issues. This engineer must be comfortable with making decisions while working on these more complex issues. This role requires a firm grasp of time management and organizational skills.
