Additionally, you will provide comprehensive operator training for production and multi-function digital printers, ensuring customers maximize the performance and efficiency of their equipment. You will play a key role in expanding PSG sales by building strong relationships and generating revenue through outstanding service delivery.

We are hiring a Bioprocess Specialist Manager. The Bioprocess Specialist Manager will be responsible for sales and support for all FujiFilm Life Science Bioprocess products and
services in their region. This is an individual contributor position.
MUST BE BASED IN Northeast or Southeast US Market. Region covers entire northeast and southeast market from Quebec to Florida including LA, MS, TN, AL, WV, GA, SC, NC, VA, MD, DE, NJ, PA, NY,NH, MA, RI, VA and ME.
The LEAD PROJECT TEAM SUPPORT ENGINEER-MI provides remote technical, applications and system support for HCUS customers and supported business units. This role primarily interacts with FUJI Technical Assistance Center (TAC), FUJI customers and other FUJI business units with the management, execution, and administration of operational, billable, and more in-depth projects and support. Supports complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors which may include customer impact, HCUS business priorities and regulatory requirements. Provides to assistance to all connected teams on technical and product knowledge and department operating procedures. To meet the needs of our customers and supported business units, working outside of normal business hours and holidays is required.
The Junior Color Management Support Specialist (internally known as: Solutions Development Technician) supports projects within the Solutions Development team of the Business Innovation Division. The team’s goal is to develop and manage strategic business technologies relating to our color management suite of products and customer portal. Focus will be placed on managing documentation and technical information in our unique customer portal web platform. As part of the team, you will work with a variety of departments, customers, and international colleagues while providing support for Fujifilm’s industry leading color management suite, ColorPath SYNC. The role will relate to pre-press, offset press, digital and wide format areas of the graphic arts industry.

The Field Service Technician – Toner Production Equipment will be considered a specialist for a product line that the BID service team supports. This level technician will demonstrate a full working knowledge of a product line including theory of operation as well as the mechanics. Will provide solutions to complex problems as well as provide field and/or remote support to technicians.
The preferred location for this position is Houston, TX.
The Clinical Specialist (RDCS Certification Preferred) - Miami, FL position is responsible for understanding and addressing the clinical needs of customers within an assigned territory. The Clinical Specialists partner with Territory Managers to demo FUJIFILM Sonosite products, close deals, and ensure ongoing positive customer experience. After the sale, this role owns client relationships and works to encourage customer adoption and use of FUJIFILM Sonosite products.
Note: This position is open to candidates who currently reside in the Miami, FL area as this would be a central location relative to the territory's business.
The Senior Synapse System Administrator I (SSAT) is primarily responsible for education (internal and external) as it relates to Synapse System Administration. This includes the development of professional-grade training material, innovative training strategies and comprehensive training curriculums. In addition, this role is responsible for assisting with developing, and participating in all system administration training offerings, e.g., Q & A sessions, hosted and on-site courses.
Interaction with Sales, Customer Support, Clinical Applications, Field Service, the end-user, and the Synapse Integration Team is required. The candidate must develop relationships and communication channels to ensure status feedback and cooperation with stakeholders. This position is also responsible for monitoring mechanical and electrical equipment, power distribution, chilled water, process gas, domestic and de-ionized water, water for injection (WFI), clean steam generator and distribution, plant steam boilers, compressed air, fire alarm, security, remote building equipment monitoring, sanitary, acid waste, and storm drain systems.
