The role of the Customer Service & Marketing Associate based in China is to coordinate and support Fujifilm Dimatix Sales and Marketing activities. The sales administration functions will involve support of China and some Asia based OEM accounts with pricing, orders, shipments, payments, forecasts, etc and liaison with the Dimatix Customer Service department. The marketing functions will include supporting trade shows, advertising, promotions, etc. for China market. Position will work remote and in Shanghai office. Travel is required to support customer meetings and tradeshow/conferences.
Position is based in our West Lebanon, NH office location with frequent travel required. Provides field technical support to key account and strategic customers for both established and new products. Conducts onsite visits to troubleshoot and resolve issues, build strong customer relationships, and understand specific support requirements. Primary Support Role for the Manufacture of Precision Ink Jet Printheads located in Lebanon, NH.
Manufacturing Engineer: Develops, implements and maintains methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies. Interfaces with design engineering in coordinating the release of new products. Estimates manufacturing cost, determines time standards and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines. Maintains records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations.

The Equipment Maintenance Technician III is responsible for the maintenance of manufacturing equipment for production lines. Also responsible for troubleshooting and repairing downed equipment and may assist engineering staff in establishing and implementing periodic equipment maintenance. Technician may participate in safety forums, Emergency Response Teams and station improvement teams.
Provides field technical support for key account and/or strategic customers on all aspects of established and new products. Visits customer sites regularly to solve problems, build relationships, understand specific support requirements, and lead application development activities. Provides and coordinates technical training for customer personnel. Assists Sales, Business Development, and other staff in the practical application of company products to meet customer needs. Provides support in disseminating technical information for specific applications. Travel will average at least 50% through serving select, top tier customers within assigned territory / region.
