The Senior Technical Support Engineer, MI – I (Tier 1) provides highly visible remote technical support across our product lines for HCUS customers. This role focuses on more complex issue and is the second level support across our Synapse products. This engineer is expected be able to resolve most of the cases that are presented to them and responsible for documenting more in-depth evaluations of issues that they are unable to resolve. This engineer must be comfortable with making decisions while working on these more complex issues. This role requires a firm grasp of time management and organizational skills.
To meet the needs of our customers, working outside normal business hours and on some weekends/holidays is required. In addition to working OT to handle workload and meet required metrics/expectations.

The Role
The Maintenance Technician will support Mesa site maintenance programs, including preventative, predictive, and corrective work to ensure proper system operations. This individual will support facility-wide industrial piping/mechanical systems by providing advanced troubleshooting and problem solving in field applications. This individual will have a strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and basic knowledge of electrical. The ability to work on simple task to a complex system.

The Role

We are hiring a Lead, Quality Engineer. The Lead, Quality Engineer will oversee and lead multiple areas of the Quality System.
The Production Scheduler, Drug Substance Manufacturing (DSM) is responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing daily and long-term production schedules across DSM operations. This role ensures timely production and efficient use of resources while adhering to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). Acting as a central coordination point, the scheduler partners with other departments (e.g., Manufacturing, Planning, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, Dispensary) to align material availability, equipment capacity, and staffing needs with the production plan.
The QA Specialist, Operations is responsible for partnering in the Quality oversight of Drug Substance Manufacturing processes. This role provides oversight of validation program execution for these processes and systems to ensure applicable DSM systems and processes are operated/maintained in a validated state throughout their lifecycle, with a focus on consistent policy administration. The QA Specialist, Operations ensures QA oversight of day-to-day activities and resolution or mitigation of issues occurring during operation.
This position reports to the Maintenance manager. Responsible for performing entry level to complex troubleshooting and repair techniques on manufacturing equipment; electrical/electronic and mechanical systems. Responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing complex equipment. Assist in modifications to existing machinery and equipment to facilitate new production techniques and/or improved equipment reliability.
